Finally, we hear it directly from the office of Shankar that Vijay has been signed for the lead role. It has been relentless speculations upon airs about the actors signing this big project. It has been a game of probability as the makers themselves weren’t sure about it. And now, it’s an official and final call as Vijay will join the shooting from second week of February.
The actor has given TADKAL dates for Shankar so as to work simultaneously in his films ‘Velayudham’ and this untitled remake of ‘3 Idiots’.
Already the film has started rolling in Ooty with portioning involving Jeeva, Srikanth, Ileana and Omi Vaidya. The first look posters of the movie will be published from second week of February.
