Vijay Surrenders To Remakes

Vijay has now surrendered himself to remakes because all his films released recently bombed at the box office. Vijay who is currently acting in Kavalkaran is a remake of a Malayalam film Body Guard. This film is directed by Siddhique. Siddhique had earlier directed the film Friends which was a great hit. This film had Vijay in the lead role.
Now there is news that Vijay’s next film Velayudham is also a remake. A few years ago, a Telugu film Azad which had Nagarjuna and Soundarya in the lead roles was released. This film is being remade now in Tamil with the title Velayudham. Jayam Raja is directing this film. Hansika Motwani is pairing with Vijay in this film. She is also currently acting with Dhanush in the film Maapillai. Jayam Raja who is known as remake king said that he is going to direct a direct Tamil film which will have Vijay in the lead role but this film is also remake.
