It’s going to be a big bonanza for cine goers as news of Ilayathalapathy Vijay joining hands with the charismatic combo of AR Rahman and Gautham Menon is making waves. It is learnt that Vijay and Gautham had brief discussions some time back regarding this new project and now things are ready to be taken to the next level.

The star crew also has cinematographer Manoj Paramahamsa, presently sharing his Nanban duties with Vijay .Other names include lyricist Thamarai and editor Anthony as part of the illustrious crew. The news of this latest big budget offering, comes after Vijay’s 65 crore collaboration with director A.R. Murugadoss earlier making top headlines just after Ilayathalapathy’s birthday. The Murugadoss – Vijay movie also has cinematographer Nirav Shah and music composer Harris Jayaraj chipping in their valuable contributions. There was also news that Bollywood diva Sonam Kapoor was being considered for the lead heroine.

Vijay who has Shankar’s Nanban followed by Velayutham starring Genelia and Hansika, surely has loads in store for his ardent fans.
