Director Shankar's upcoming comedy entertainerNanban(remake of the Bollywood blockbuster 3 Idiots) has completed its entire shooting schedule recently. The Nanbanteam organised a party in Chennai recently to celebrate the moment. Vijay, Srikanth and Jiiva play the lead roles, S.J. Suryah plays the role of Chatur (Omi Vaidya), Ileana D'Cruz appears in the role played by Kareena Kapoor, and Sathyaraj appears as the insensitive professor Virus, which was played by Boman Irani. The movie will be released in Telugu as 3 Rascals. Harris Jayaraj has already completed the music for the film. The latest buzz is that the film will have its grand music launch in September.
