Jaya TV bags Vijay 's velayutham broadcast rights for 4 crores

Reportedly Amma's Jaya TV has bagged the television broadcast rights of Vijay's Velayudham, directed by Jayam Raja, for a whopping 4 crores. Music composed by Vijay Anthony is all set to be launched in Chennai on August 28, 2011. The film is likely to hit screens in September. Vijay will reportedly enact a typical Rajinikanth's Annamalai type milkman role, who bashes baddies with the help of an investigative television reporter. This mass entertainer stars Genelia, Hansika and Saranya Mohan, Santhanam, M.S. Bhaskar, Sathyan, Pandirajan and Sayaji Shinde in pivotal roles. It is produced by Aascar Ravichandran.
