Groundwork for his new television channel is underway with Sangeetha Vijay researching and finalizing on the name and other necessary details for the launch of the channel. It's also learnt that official announcement will be out on the Pongal day, 2012.
It's likely that a popular journalist will be appointed as the channel head, who is already a well known name among the Tamil public and has served in the board of a tabloid. He seems to have agreed to Vijay's request in heading the channel. Expect an announcement soon.
